For over 40 years we have partnered with a local warehousing company Cheadle Warehouse Services to take care of all of our direct loading requirements. Cheadle offer the perfect warehousing solution and service, which we are happy to share and recommend to our customers and suppliers. Like Lynton, Cheadle is a well-established family business run by owners boasting unrivalled experience in freight forwarding, handling of goods and global logistics.

Between us we handle FCL / LCL work, seafreight, road trailers & air freight. We have facilities to check incoming loads in detail, advising any load damages, inconsistencies / inaccuracies and  BBE dates. Cheadle will re-stack, repalletise and wrap pallets where necessary and have facilities to over-label products when required with an efficient turn around.

When entering into new markets we discuss any legal requirements with local importers to obtain their knowledge and requirements for documentation and legalities surrounding importation of goods from the UK. We will need to satisfy ourselves prior to export that all market requirements / legalities are met.

We also use MAFF website, HM Customs website, UK Trade & Investment etc., Members of NSCofC, and other publications to check out any restriction, documentation or legal requirements with regard to establishments of agencies, etc.

When necessary we also approach the embassies to discuss countries legal requirements.

We do conduct credit searches on business that we trade with.
